This newly remodeled studio apartment features a plush queen bed, central air and heat, cable TV, kitchenette and work/dining space.

Linens including a duvet, towels and toiletries are provided. The kitchenette includes a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave and hot beverage maker along with cookware, utensils and cleaning supplies. There is an onsite laundry room.

While set up for self-service living, there's 24 hour support just a phone call away. Entry to the building and apartment are via electronic door code sent after booking.

Housekeeping Fees
There is $25 cleaning fee for studios and $35 for 1-bedrooms per stay.
Prepayment
Full payment and housekeeping fee, charged 7 days before arrival. Bookings made within a week of arrival are charged immediately. If the credit card on file is not valid at payment time, one attempt will be made, via email to reach guest and obtain a valid card. If not secured within 24 hours, reservation will be cancelled. Only VISA and MasterCard are taken for payment. Final totals include 10.5% city, tourist and hotel tax but not the housekeeping fees listed above
Cancellation
Up to 3 days/72 hours out the entire payment and housekeeping fee is returned. Less than 72 hours notice and 'no shows' forfeits entire payment and housekeeping fee. Special cancellation policy for arrivals between JULY 19-22, 2017: - No cancellation fees up to 21 days prior to scheduled arrival. - Cancellation from 20 days to 14 days will result in one night’s fee charged for each room booked. - Cancellations from 13 days or less will result in full payment being charged. To cancel reservations made directly with Nest on Fifth call or email the location.
Terms and Conditions
Principal person reserving must be at least 21 years of age and must be staying in the unit. If principal guest is under 21 years of age, the reservation will be cancelled and all payments forfeit. By confirming this reservation, renter agrees that late checkouts, smoking charges and/or damages may be charged to the credit card on file. If damages are assessed, management will contact guest prior to charging the card with details of the costs. There is a 14-day stay limit.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Groups
When booking more than 2 rooms, the management must give prior approval. They can be emailed or called from 10 am to 6 pm daily.
